******************** Provincial Projects   The Dominican Republic has financed a $30 milllion campus for the Roi Henri Christophe University in Northern Haiti (close to Limonade). The facility was inaugurated in Jan 2012. Details =>   An industrial park is being built in Northern Haiti (close to Caracol). The main tenant will be the company Sae-A. This project should create 20,000 jobs in the 1st phase with a potential of 65,000 jobs in the coming years. It will be followed by a more luxurious 120 room unit later on.
